fritz welch

Fritz Welch is a drummer, percussionist and vocalist determined to stretch the escalator of possibilities
into the bloodshot eye of results. He is or has been a member of Asparagus Piss Raindrop, Brittle Hammer Trio, Drummer’s Corpse, FvRTvR, G.I.O., Irritating Horse Eye, With Words Like Shackles, Ki, Lambs Gamble, Not Us, Tripping Landlocked Infidels, Peeesseye, Reel Speed Artist, The Final Five, W!77iN6 and With Lumps. He has played with Blood Stereo, Chris Heenan, Evan Parker, Crank Sturgeon, Liene Rozite, Daniel Carter, Julia Scott, Jazzfinger, John Butcher, Joke Lanz, Stephen O’Malley, Maya Dunietz, Michael Vorfeld, Eric Boros, Tony Conrad and Usurper among many others. He has made performance pieces with Moya Michael, Iain Campbell F-W, Louise Ahl , Paige Martin and Juliette Mapp. A longtime Brooklynite of Texas origins, he is now based in Glasgow Scotland….

kostis kilymis

His practice touches upon music, performance, installation work and video – developed using a mixture of electronic and acoustic approaches. He has collaborated with musicians such as Lucio Capece, Nikos Veliotis, Leif Elggren, Phil Julian, Sarah Hughes and Patrick Farmer. He also runs the Organized Music from Thessaloniki music label.

guy harries & yumi hara cackwell

Sound artists Yumi Hara and Guy Harries work as a duo, creating ‘sonic rituals’. Using voices, found objects, electronic processing, field recordings, and nonlinear synthesizers, the duo’s performances unfold through a process of improvisation. The structure of the performances, which is never premeditated, is inspired by the concept of ritual, imbued with intent and a sense of inevitability, yet allowing for risk and unpredictability to lead the scenario in new directions.

Stereocilia is Bristol based guitarist and composer, John Scott. John uses his guitar and live looping techniques to create dense, rich layers of sound. John has performed all over the UK and Europe with various projects. He has also presented work for live radio broadcasts, and soundtracks to short films and performed in three of Rhys Chatham’s guitar orchestras.
